What is included

Guide time, route planning, printed or digital materials, and correspondence during your programme window. Travel to Windsor is not included unless agreed separately.

What is not included

Medical advice, clinical assessment, personal training, equipment hire, or transport. Corporate bookings may incur additional fees for groups above six participants — quoted in advance.

How enrolment works

Enquiry

Contact us by form, email, or telephone. We shall ask about your diary, mobility considerations, and preferred programme depth. No payment is taken at this stage.

Written confirmation

You receive a summary of fees, dates, cancellation terms, and scope. Booking is confirmed only once you accept in writing and any deposit requested is received.

Programme delivery

Sessions take place as scheduled from our Windsor base or agreed meeting points. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

Fees quoted on this page are our standard rates. Any variation — for example, bespoke corporate scope — is agreed in writing before payment.

Yes. Distance contracts may include a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to exceptions once services begin with your consent. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
